Hours later the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit granted Demjanjuks motion for an emergency stay based on his claim that removing him to Germany to stand trial on 29,000 counts of murder constituted “torture” as defined by the Convention Against Torture.

Yesterday, Demjanjuk filed another video of the with the Sixth Circuit taken at his home by a local television station during the removal showing him in agony as ICE agents placed him in a wheelchair and removed him from his home. http://tinyurl.com/cwdzw8

Last night the government answered with its own videos, taken just days earlier, showing the accused war criminal easily walking without assistance and chatting comfortably with ICE agents in Cleveland, shortly after they removed him from his home.
